Conceptual Re-Brand

BECOMING A GLOBAL SPORTS ICON.

Based out of St Louis, Missouri, 1st Phorm is the premier fitness and supplement brand who prides themselves on midwest values and hard work ethic. 

CEO Andy Frisella started 1st Phorm because he wanted to create a company that delivers the highest quality supplements that will give athletes the actual results they work for.

Disclaimer: This project was not commissioned by 1st Phorm.  This is a rebranding concept to show our capabilities with a large global brand that we believe in.

THE CHALLENGE.

As 1st Phorm is already a leading supplier of supplemental nutrition for competitive athletes, our objective going into this project was to reimagine and reposition 1st Phorm as a global sports brand.

As they continue to grow, it is only natural to begin to partner with and become the official supplement brand of major sports brands like the NFL, NBA, and MLB.

Our Approach.

With 1st Phorm having a good amount of existing brand equity, we didn’t feel it was necessary to completely overhaul the logo. We looked at it as more of a refresh of the logo knowing that it would appear on a wide range of platforms and applications.

Our take on the branding was to give it a clean, sophisticated, sports brand inspired look that can stand the test of time & stand up next to the top brands in the sports industry.

With its bold style and “Never Settle” mindset, The 1st Phorm brand will inspire athletes to work harder, play harder and pay their dues for years to come.

The new logo.

The new logo was designed with the idea that today’s logos should be responsive.  Responsive and flexible in a sense, so they a part of a bigger living identity system.

The long-standing brand has built up years of brand recognition into their logo. We took what was working well with the previous logo and refined its form to work on a broader scale of applications and sizes.

Never Settle is the tagline and one of the core values of 1st Phorm. It reminds you that your dreams are only achievable if you put in the work to achieve them.

While most supplement companies are defined by their packaging, 1st Phorm is defined by their values.

Our approach to the 1st Phorm packaging was simple, to be an extension of the brand.

A website is one of the best examples of capturing the brand as a whole in one place.  The look, the feel, the voice and everything in between.

Our vision of the website is to make it easier for athletes to use and have a goal based search system so that users can define what they are looking to achieve and have nutrition and plans delivered to them in one experience.
